This 'How To Guide' is to assist & guide you to connect to our Wi-Fi hotspots which are available at selected venues across North Goa.
- Wherever you see this ‘Poster’ you can scan the QR code, type in the link or ask at the counter for more information.
- Firstly, at the counter please provide your details, your full name, phone number & ID proof, whilst the person at the counter is assisting you & logging your requirements & your details, please connect to the Wi-Fi network. In your device’s Wi-Fi settings search to connect to the Wi-Fi network provided at the venue & select the network.
- In order to access the Internet, when you try to access any website or web page the ‘Log In’ page will automatically appear, so you will then need to first click ‘Guest Access’.
- Once you have clicked ‘Guest Access’ you must fill in your 'Name' 'Email' & 'Phone number' in the correct fields.
- After filling in the relevant details, press 'Submit'.
- If you are enjoying complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, once the time-period has finished & you require more Internet access then please follow the process as detailed. Scan the QR code, type in the link or ask at the counter for more information.
- Select an Internet plan & make a payment at the counter in order to collect your Wi-Fi Internet access voucher. Get voucher image
- As you have ALREADY provided your FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER & ID proof, try to access any website or web page, the ‘Log In’ page will automatically appear.
- You will then need to choose the 'Voucher' option, click on it & enter the ‘Voucher Code’.
- You will then need to click on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ to read them. You must accept the Terms and Conditions by ‘Checking’ the box preceding Terms and Conditions. Then click ‘OK’. Alternatively, you can try navigating to any website & you'll be redirected to the Wi-Fi ‘Log In’ page.
- Once you've accepted the ‘Terms and Conditions’ & logged in, you will have access to the Internet. You can enjoy your individual Internet connectivity just as you please!
