- Merv Enterprises is primarily responsible for the DELIVERY of the Internet to the main set up. As an additional service, we also provide support to help customers resolve issues with internal LAN DISTRIBUTION of their Internet including access points, mesh devices or cameras.
- Technical call-outs for NON-Internet DELIVERY issues i.e. Internet DISTRIBUTION issues may be subject to call-out charges.
- A minimum call-out charge of Rs 500 may apply for a basic call out, up to 45 minutes.
- To check multiple devices you will be charged Rs 300 per device or Rs 1,500 per hour if there is a more complex issue to be resolved.
- DISTRIBUTION issues can relate to; Internet equipment, connected devices, cabling, firmware upgrades, electricity or anything else that is the responsibility of a customer at their premises (not an exhaustive list).
- To minimise call-outs & call-out charges & potentially speed up the resolution process we will systematically trouble shoot over the phone, as much as possible.
